Construction for the Swiss Village Maintenance building has begun. Crews began working just a few weeks ago on the new facility to be located on the North Camps of Swiss Village near the Arthur & Gloria Muselman Wellness Pavilion. This new space will provide much needed storage and work area for our maintenance crew.
For several years Swiss Village has had a dream to construct a new maintenance facility but did not wish to hold a campaign for such a building. Through two private donations totaling $220,00, the Swiss Village Board made the decision to fully support the development of this project by getting behind it themselves individually. 100% of our Board Members made a commitment to fund the balance, ultimately pledging nearly $140,000 from their own pockets. We are excited to see this dream become a reality and fully thank those who gave towards this project.
