I have known this individual to have the ability to remain calm when things get rocky, yet isn’t afraid to stand up for something they truly believes in. This individual will put everything that they have into a project to meet a goal and truly puts their heart into everything to go the extra mile for staff, the residents, and families.”

Most impressive is the compassionate manner in which all of these things are delivered. When consideration of whom might be appropriate for special recognition, this person is an obvious choice in our community, but the first to dismiss it. This person is selfless, humble and a true joy to call a friend and colleague.”

“We are fortunate to have this individual call this organization her choice spot for a career,” stated the CEO/President. “This individual innately goes above and beyond the call of duty out of dedication for the residents, so much so I question whether this person ever has time to sleep!”
