Swiss Village is pleased to announce Cristine (Cris) Morreale as the new Vice President of Operations. Morreale has fifteen years of senior living experience in management and business operations. Currently she is employed as an Executive Director by Life Care Services, a management company, and is working at a facility in Missouri. Prior to this position, she spent several years working in an Executive Director role in Jackson and Battle Creek Michigan, and Terre Haute, Indiana. Morreale first began her career in long term care at Lutheran Life Villages in Fort Wayne, managing independent living.
Morreale has local ties to this area. She is a graduate of Parkway High School and was raised in Willshire, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Trine University in Angola.
Morreale and her husband John enjoy spending time together listening to live music. She also likes to listen to her husband play bass and sing at church and local venues. They are looking forward to moving back to the area and are excited to be able to be near family and friends again.
“Swiss Village has such a rich history in the area,” said Morreale. “I am looking forward to sharing my passion and experience in senior living at such a reputable continuing care retirement community. I am also looking forward to reconnecting to the community and becoming involved in civic opportunities.”
“Cris has been involved in our field of operation for many years,” stated Rod Mason, President/CEO. “Being a local gal, she is known in the Adams Co./Willshire region, and we have had many favorable remarks about her return to this area! Cris is delightfully warm in her approach to her co-workers and the Senior population. She has developed a significant skillset in her repertoire that will surely signify success in her work from her early days of tenure at Swiss Village to her last. We feel very fortunate to have been able to draw her in to work with our population and clientele. She will make a significant impact on Swiss Village’s future!”
