Swiss Village has several duplex homes. The spacious duplex homes are available with attached garages for active individuals who wish to enjoy an independent lifestyle without the worry of home maintenance. The living space ranges from 1359 square feet to 1625 square feet. Each duplex has a full size kitchen, living/dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a den, and a private patio.
Swiss Village’s independent living apartments are located on the main campus in Zermatt Haus, Basel Haus, Lucerne Haus, and Zurich Haus. These attractive units are for active individuals who wish to have an independent lifestyle without the worry of home maintenance. The independent living apartments feature a full size kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom, and storage area, while some apartments have two bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartments range in size from 636 square feet to 1400 square feet.
Residents in residential living enjoy the independence of having their own apartment without the worry of meal preparation, yard work, or housekeeping duties. One and two room apartments are available, ranging from 410 square feet to 1700 square feet. Residents receive three meals a day in the main dining room and weekly housekeeping. A nurse call system is provided in each apartment and residents have access to nursing services in an emergency.
Blumengarten, Swiss Village’s assisted living wing serves residents who need additional supportive services. Apartments range in size from 475 sq feet to 750 sq feet. Residents receive assistance with bathing, medication management, personal laundry, scheduled activities, meals, and weekly housekeeping. A nurse call system is provided in each apartment and residents have access to nursing services in an emergency.
Private furnished suites in Westenfeld, Swiss Village’s short term rehabilitation wing, offer residents the comforts of home while receiving therapy services. Private Suites include a walk-in shower, flat screen television with cable, telephone and internet, and access to a private dining room. The rehabilitation team at Swiss Village is committed to helping residents achieve their recovery goals.
Semi-private rooms and private rooms are available in Alpenrose Place, Sonnenblum Place, Lavendel Place, and Edelweiss Place. Resident rooms range from 200 square feet to 380 square feet. Qualified nurses are on duty 24-hours a day. Residents receive three meals a day, laundry services, and required nursing services. Alpenrose Place is a unique health care setting that is dedicated to making a constructive difference in the lives of those who have a memory loss. It is specifically designed and staffed for residents who have functional limitations resulting from Alzheimer’s Disease or other disorders that impair memory.
Enjoy a relaxing visit with friends and family while staying in one of our private guest room suites. Our guest room suites are equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, full size closet, private bath with tub shower, towels and linens. Each guest room suite offers cable television, and free local telephone calls. Guests have access to wireless internet hot spots in the Café Suisse and Main Lounge as well as complementary coffee and tea. All guests may use the main dining room and Café Suisse. Guest suites are available for reservation for $55 per night for the Zermatt Guest Room and $65 per night for Lower Langfeld Guest Room, cots are an additional charge of $5. Need a larger room to gather, make a reservation to use one of our meeting lounges.
