Independent Living Apartments / Duplex Homes

Swiss Village has over 50 independent living apartments available in Zermatt Haus, Basel Haus, Lucerne Haus, and Zurich Haus. These attractive units are for active individuals who wish to have an independent lifestyle without the worry of home maintenance. Independent living residents are welcome to participate in any of the activities or use the facilities available in the main complex.

The independent living apartments feature a full size kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom, and storage area. While some apartments have two bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartments range in size from 636 square feet to 1007 square feet. A maintenance charge covers the cost of insurance, lawn care, snow removal, trash pick-up, laundry facilities, water, sewer, housekeeping in the common areas, and maintenance and repairs. A private patio is attached to every apartment and garages are available for a small fee. Swiss Village provides the carpet, draperies and rods, refrigerator, oven, and garbage disposal.

Duplex Homes Swiss Village also has several newly constructed duplex homes. The spacious duplex homes are available with attached garages for active individuals who wish to enjoy an independent lifestyle without the worry of home maintenance. The living space ranges from 1359 square feet to 1444 square feet. Each duplex has a full size kitchen, living/dinning room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a den, and a private patio.
