Assisted & Residential Living

There are approximately 100 residential units available at Swiss Village. Our residents enjoy the independence of having their own apartment without the worry of meal preparation, yard work or housekeeping duties. One and two room apartments (all having private bathrooms) are available, ranging from 250 square feet to 742 square feet.

Services Included for Residential Residents:

• Three nutritious meals a day in the dining room
• Weekly housekeeping services
• All utilities except telephone
• Option to use our single beds, mattresses, and pillows
• Use of bed linens and towels, which are laundered for you weekly
• A storage compartment for personal belongings
• Nursing services for emergencies
• Carpet, draperies, and an independent heating and cooling unit
• Telephone, television and cable hook-ups
• Full access to campus activities
• Use of the facilities with the freedom to come and go as you wish

There are also 20 assisted residential units for those individuals who need additional assistance with activities of daily living. This would involve assistance with bathing, dispensing medications, laundering personal items, and getting dressed.
